General

Estos términos y condiciones y tabla de comisiones pueden ser cambiados sin previo aviso.Tengo derecho a rechazar o no seguir con un trabajo sin explicación previa.El correo entregado en un principio es solamente con fines de trabajo, por favor usar con responsabilidad.El orden en el que estaré trabajando en las comisiones pendientes lo definiré por fecha de pago y fecha límite respectivamente o por mi propio criterio si lo creo conveniente para aligerar la carga de trabajo.En el caso de mandar referencias, por favor que sean claras y en buena resoluciónMe limitare a seguir las instrucciones dadas en el pedido, como cliente es su responsabilidad entregar una comunicación clara para entregar el resultado deseado.Cualquier cambio después de entregar el resultado final que no sea debido a una mala interpretación de las instrucciones tendrá un costo extra que deberá ser consultado conmigo.

Pago y precio

Los métodos de pago que utilizo son por medio de Paypal o transferencias a Banco Estado.No comenzare el pedido hasta que el pago sea correctamente hecho y verificadoLos precios no son negociables, no intente regatear los precios.Los precios base son por 1 personaje.El agregado de un personaje tendrá como costo el precio base del presupuesto.El costo del pedido aumentara en caso de extremada complejidad o sobre detallado del personaje o fondo, este tendrá que ser discutido conmigo antes del pago.

Reembolsos

Solo ofrezco reembolso completo en caso de no haber sido iniciado el pedido o que por cualquier motivo no pueda seguir con el pedido.Si el trabajo ha sido comenzado, pero no completado, el reembolso será parcial y proporcional a lo trabajado.

Proceso y Entrega

Te avisaré en el momento que comience tu pedido; si tienes dudas de como va el proceso o en que puesto estás dentro de los cupos, puedes revisar en la página de [LISTA DE ESPERA].Enviaré trabajos en progreso de mi boceto para iniciar el proceso de revisión y corrección de cualquier detalle que se desee en la pieza pero que se haya omitido, ten como prioridad agregarlo antes de terminar la etapa de coloreado, cualquier cambio después de esta etapa puede tener un costo adicional.Enviaré un trabajo en progreso durante el coloreado con una marca de agua para revisar los colores seleccionados para la pieza o personajes pero sólo si me parece adecuado para el encargo y para mejorar la comunicación y dar un mejor resultado final.El envío del pedido será en formato PNG vía e-mail.

Uso

Los derechos de todos las imágenes son de mi persona, el pago es por el trabajo personalizado, no por transferencia de los derechos.Los créditos a mi persona al momento de ser publicado por el cliente serán obligatorios.Todos los derechos de propiedad, comerciales y de distribución de los trabajos realizados por mí serán míos y sólo se compartirán si se da el consentimiento directo. Estos derechos no son transferibles a los clientes, pero se permite el uso en línea, para uso personal y los derechos comerciales para crear productos se pueden negociar a un precio acorde al tamaño del proyecto para la creación de mercancías y diferentes productos para la venta.No usaré la imagen de forma comercial sin el consentimiento del cliente.Todo trabajo será entregado con mi firma/marca de agua, esta no será sacada por ningún motivo.

These terms of service and the prices presented here and on my official socials can change without prior notice.I have the right to deny or stop any request at any given moment without giving a precise explanation.The contact method delivered is for professional usage only, please use it with care.The order in which I will be working on pending commissions will be defined by payment date and limit date respectively or by my own criteria if I seem it fit to ease the workload.Please of sending references easy to understand and in a good resolution.I will abide by the instructions indicated at the start of the request and it is the client's responsibility to deliver a clear communication during this stage.Any change after final delivery that is not a miss interpretation of the instructions given will have an additional cost that is must be consulted with me.

Payment & Pricing

My available payment methods are Paypal invoice and Banco Estado transference.I won’t start working on the order till the payment was correctly made and verified.The prices are set and are not negotiable, please to not bargain.Base price is the cost of 1 character.The addition of an extra character adds the cost of the base price again to the budget.Cost might increase for complicated and detailed characters, this should be discussed with me prior to payment.

Refunds

A full refund will be issued if the request is made before I started working.if the work has been started then a percentage will be reduced form the total refunded equivalent to the amount of work done,

Work in Progress and Delivery

I will notify you when your order is about to get started. If you have doubts about how the process is going or what is your position in the list, you can check the [PENDING LIST] page.I will send works in progress of my sketch to start the process of reviewing and correcting any details that are wanted in the piece but might have been missed and are better to add before the coloring stage is done, any change after this stage might have an additional cost.I will not advance to the next stage without the approval of the work in progress of the sketch.I will send a work in progress during coloring with a watermark to review the colors selected for the piece or characters but only if I seem it fit for the commission and to improve the communication and give a better final result.The final delivery will be sent in a PNG format via Email.

Usage

Credits will be obligatory when posting the piece online and when asked credits to me should never be denied.All pieces delivered are for personal use only unless told otherwise.All the ownership, commercial and distribution rights to the pieces made by me will be mine and only shared if a direct consent is given. These rights are not transferables to the commissioners but the usage online for personal use is allowed and the commercial rights to create products can be discussed at a price according to the size of the project for the creation of merchandise and different products for sale.I will publish the final piece on my official social medias and websites unless specifically requested at moment of purchase.I will never use the commissioned pieces in a commercial way without the consent of the client.all pieces will be signed or with a watermark that must not be erased.
